  • Originally from San Francisco, Skycat initially grew a close connection with warm and soulful sounds through the world of vinyl. Now as an Oakland-based DJ / producer, Skycat brings a wide swatch of sonic threads to weave a complete vibe. A dancer at heart, Skycat’s sets will traverse twinkling lows and thumping highs. The song selection is intersectional - the sets have moments of reflective groundedness along with periods of shimmering levity and explore the tension between divine harmonics and divine dissonance. "I play songs for dancers to feel feels."
