Who I Am:
Hi, I’m Jess. I am passionate about yoga. It increases my self awareness and ability to heal. When I commit to my yoga practice even through my own resistance, I am able to stay present with everything that arises and work through my limitations. The vibrations of sound meditation shake me up and make me feel it on a cellular level. The combination of these two practices wipe the slate clean, enabling me to re-focus my intentions and move forward in my life.
What we’ll do:
We will begin with a opening circle. I will guide you through a short vinyasa flow to warm up. The majority of our practice will be restorative poses, which allow your muscles and ligaments to soften to a deeper level. As we rest in our final pose, we will begin our sound journey. This is an opportunity to receive the benefits of your practice and rest into a meditative state. You will have time to reflect and journal your experience in our closing circle.

Who can join:
13 years and older can join in this experience.
Be prepared:
Bring a yoga mat, a journal, a water bottle and dress in layers.
