Who Am I:
Hi, I’m Nicole. I have always been fascinated with expression through movement. I hold certifications from the nation's most renowned aerial, barre, yoga and pilates programs. I crave new challenges and seek new heights of self discovery through my art.
What we’ll do:
This is a snapshot of aerial expertise. You’ll explore first-hand the basics of aerial arts on a few different apparatus. We will strengthen and stretch before taking flight. The instruction will be catered to those attending, so everyone receives the guidance that suits their needs. After our lesson, sit back and enjoy a short exhibition to see where your skills can take you.

Who can join:
Ages 7 and up can join in this experience.
Be prepared:
To be active. Bring a water bottle and wear clothing (without zippers) to allow freedom of movement.
